At present, Xianwei Semiconductor's main products include over a hundred types of specialty gases such as etching gases, diffusion gases, laser gases, cleaning gases, and electronic mixed gases. Its products are widely used in integrated circuits, LCD panels LED、 High tech industries such as fiber optic communication and new energy have achieved mass production of some products and entered the supply system of well-known customers in the semiconductor and optoelectronic industries such as Sanan Semiconductor, BOE, and Wuhan Guangxun Semiconductor.

At present, Xianwei Semiconductor has established a layout covering three major production bases in Feidong, Hefei Xinzhan, and Lu'an Yeji District, Anhui. The Feidong base has been put into use in 2024.
