Govee has launched three new HomeKit compatible lighting products today, including Govee Floor Lamp 3, Govee Ceiling Light Ultra, and Govee Sky Ceiling Light.
Govee Floor Lamp 3 is the successor to Floor Lamp 2, offering Matter integration and the option to connect to HomeKit. Floor Lamp 3 provides an upgraded LuminBlend+ lighting system that can reproduce 281 trillion colors and supports a light temperature range from 1000K to 10000K.
LuminBlend+ is a color management system that, thanks to its proprietary gamma calibration, delivers accurate and vivid colors in any setting. It supports an ultra-wide range of lighting atmospheres, and more Govee lights will be launched in 2026.
Govee's 21-inch Matter-compatible ceiling light Ultra features a 616-LED matrix that can render detailed patterns and scenes. The visual effects can create up to eight different layers of motion, color, and shape, in addition to over 20 presets to choose from. Govee states that it provides sufficient lighting for home areas while offering a natural, realistic appearance on objects and skin tones. The light provides 5,000 lumens of brightness in a space ranging from 200 to 300 square feet, and has an adjustable white range from 2700K to 6500K, allowing for movement throughout the day.
The 21-inch Sky Ceiling Light is designed to mimic natural daylight using custom-designed LEDs and gradient lighting, recreating the sky's hues that transition from blue during the day to a warm sunset. Govee states that it provides a calming blue light, reminiscent of gazing up at a clear sky, with edge-mounted LEDs that resemble an architectural skylight. With a brightness of up to 5200 lumens, the light is designed to illuminate a space ranging from 200 to 300 square feet. Like other Govee lights, it supports Matter, allowing it to be added to the Apple Home app.
Govee also announced AI Lighting Bot 2.0, which utilizes a generative model to create lighting that is more "expressive, intuitive, and emotionally responsive". The light strips and permanent lights are capable of reacting to emotions or the environment in real-time and learning behaviors.
Graphic lighting can utilize AI Lighting Bot 2.0 to generate animated visual effects, and AI functionality can be applied to a range of Govee products.
The new DaySync day-night lighting feature is also being incorporated into Govee lamps. DaySync matches indoor lighting with the time of day, and preset options automatically adjust brightness, color, and color temperature for more natural home lighting.
